Education, Experience and Job Knowledge:Must have a reliable vehicle (preferably 4-door, late model), valid driver’s license, knowledge of site city and surrounding area, ability to research and gather area information, sales or customer service experience, high school diploma, computer/skills with internet access.Wants:Knowledge of housing, rental market and local schools, international experience, and college degree.
