•Accompany transferee on area tour of Bakersfield, providing information including points of interest, neighborhoods, schools, religious worship facilities, shopping, etc. •Rental search assistance. •Accompany and assist the transferee with Social Security, Banking and DMV process/applications. •Provide leisure activity information (sports, cultural events, parks, theatres, etc.) •Conduct research and customized area information package. Education, Experience and Job Knowledge: Must have a reliable vehicle (preferably 4-door, late model), valid driver’s license, knowledge of site city and surrounding area, ability to research and gather area information, sales or customer service experience, high school diploma, computer/skills with internet access. Wants: Knowledge of housing, rental market and local schools, international experience, and college degree.
